BeFiT provides a series of FREE, simple but effective workout videos on YouTube.

Below is a workout calendar for the BeFiT in 30 Extreme workout program that I use. I feel confident recommending this program for anyone serious about losing weight or maximizing their fitness level.

What is BeFiT in 30 EXTREME?

BeFiT in 30 Extreme is a free, high-intensity workout program that uses an array of total body-conditioning exercises designed to maximize weight loss, increase endurance, and build lean muscle. Each 20-minute workout video within the series can be found on YouTube. You can browse the videos I’m referring to by clicking the links in the workout calendar below. I designed this calendar for quick reference for myself, but you can also print-out the official level 1 calendar here.

What’s needed for this BeFiT Workout? How much space, equipment, etc.?

 You need an Internet connection to access BeFiT on YouTube.

 Make plenty of room to accommodate exercises like mountain climbers, skaters, and burpees. I recommend a 6′ x 6′ or larger area. In my office, I use a 4′ x 6′ space and this is sufficient for me.

 An exercise mat is recommended since videos use floor exercises for abs.

 Lightweight dumbells are used in the videos but are not required. You can follow-along without weights or do alternative exercises if needed. As your fitness level increases, I recommend using dumbells.

 You will need plenty of water! If you are doing the exercises at 100% effort you will definitely sweat. Have a towel handy as well.
